PT Kawasan Industri Medan is a subsidiary of PT Danareksa (Persero) with an industrial estate management service business sector established on October 7, 1988 with a share composition consisting of 1 share Seri A (Dwiwarna) owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, PT Danareksa (Persero) 59,99%, the Provincial Government of North Sumatra 30%, and the Medan City Government 10%.
PT. Kawasan Industri Medan was established with the status of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) through a notarial act Soeleman Ardjasasmiota, SH. No. 9 On October 7th, 1988 in Jakarta, as amended and supplemented by Mrs. Notary Act. Asmara Noer SH. 8th and 9th of March 10, 198 as a result of the General Meeting Extraordinary Shareholders dated January 14, 1998 and amended by notarial act Erita Wagewali Sitohang, SH No. 12 dated 7 April 2005 and last amended by notarial act Titiek Irawati SSH No. 42 September 12, 2008 according to the decision of the Company Shareholders of the Company (Limited) PT. Kawasan Industri Medan area Kep-114S.MBU2008, No. Kep-23D2.MBU2008, No. 5752836K2008 and no. 570106522008 dated August 13, 2008.
Since the founding of the region, along with the high interest of investors to invest in North Sumatra, PT. Kawasan Industri Medan continue to develop the land.
