JAKARTA - The government is preparing a Presidential Instruction ( PI ) as guidelines for local governments to ratify Provincial Minimum Wage ( UMP ) .
Industry Minister MS Hidayat said that this rule was made that local governments should not deviate in carrying out its authority set UMP .
"Later , which determines the National Wage Council , the three elements . However , the government and employers have agreed how to achieve a fair deal , " said Hidayat .
Labor -related demands to the government to increase the minimum wage from Rp2 , 2 million to Rp 3, 7 million , Hidayat declined to comment . " Please comment , I do not want to make the situation more heat . However , I believe that we are proposing the formula could be agreed upon , " he said .

4 . Clothing , such as underwear , pants , socks , shoes , shirts , towels , religious supplies , watches , wall clocks , briefcases , and other Rp300.000 total .
5 . Such as education or tabloid newspaper subscriptions total 15,000 .
6 . Health such as soap , toothpaste , talcum powder , deodorant , shampoo , medicine supplements , hair cut , and the other a total of 150,000 .
In total , points 1 to 6 , totaling Rp3.070.000 . Not to mention the added recreation and savings or 3 percent of the total of 100,000 to Rp3.170.000 .
By calculating UMP by Act No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower , the UMP or MSEs have been calculated earlier by Rp3.170.000 KHL coupled with an average of 4 percent , productivity by 6 percent , 9 percent and inflation .
Then , 19 percent of the KHL KHL Rp602.000 plus productivity and economic growth and inflation plus 19 percent of the KHL , then the amount that is Rp3.772.000 .
