The ceremony to commemorate Heroes' Day on November 10, 2020 took place at the Wisma KIM Lobby, was carried out with the full spirit of Nationalism while still following the Health Protocol during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the ceremony was chaired by the HR & General Manager, Mr. Hotdo Aritonang,
the ceremony was held in the Main Hall of Wisma KIM & Virtual via the Zoom application. The ceremony was held to commemorate the services of the heroes who died for the sake of the Indonesian people, with the theme "My Heroes All Time".
