On January 28, 2021, the Board of Directors of PT. KIM together with the ranks and the Ministry of BUMN held an online General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) in 2021. The meeting discussed the Corporate Budget Work Plan (RKAP) and Work Plan and Budget (RKA) for Social and Environmental Responsibility for 2021. Furthermore, it also discussed the determination of the Board of Directors Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in 2021, Determination of KPI for the Board of Commissioners in 2021, and Determination of Aspect Indicators. Operational Health Measurement 2021.
Participants in the meeting were all the Board of Commissioners of PT. KIM, the Board of Directors of PT. KIM along with the ranks and Assistant Deputy for Transportation Facilities & Infrastructure Mr. YB Priyatmo Hadi. It is expected that the RUPS and RKA which have been passed can support the improvement of the performance of PT. KIM (Persero).
