PT Kawasan Industri Medan implemented the KIM Mengajar Program at the USU Vocational Faculty on Thursday (19/9).
This activity was directly attended by Mr. Daly Mulyana (President Director) along with the ranks of PT KIM who were welcomed by Mr. Drs. Gustanto (Vice Dean III), Mr. Junaedi Ginting (Head of D3 Metrology and Instrumentation Study Program), along with the ranks of the USU Vocational Faculty.
This activity is a Priority Program of Social and Environmental Responsibility in the field of Education at PT KIM. On this occasion, Mr. Daly Mulyana gave a presentation and explained the business process of managing the Industrial Estate and shared tips on how to prepare themselves for the world of work to students guided by Mrs. Dona Tiara Lubis (USU Vocational Faculty).
The Sharing Session which was attended by around 200 students from various study programs aims to provide a deeper understanding to students about the preparations needed to enter the world of work.
During the question and answer session, the students actively asked Mr. Daly Mulyana about various aspects relevant to their career preparation. The interactive and lively discussion provided an opportunity for participants to broaden their understanding of the industrial world, as well as gain first-hand insight from an experienced industry leader.
The presence of Mr. Daly Mulyana as a resource person in this event is real evidence of the commitment of PT KIM as the Holding BUMN Danareksa (Persero) in supporting the development of quality human resources who are ready to enter the world of work. Hopefully this event can provide great benefits for USU Faculty of Vocational students in preparing themselves to face challenges in the increasingly competitive world of work.
