Pematang Johar Deli Serdang, July 14, 2020, Charcoal UKM which is a KIM PKBL Fostered Partner carried out the first rice harvest from the Liquid Smoke fertilizer project which came from the smoke from burning charcoal. The harvest was attended by the Director of Finance, HR & General PT. KIM Mr. Adler M. Siahaan and the Corporate Secretary Manager Baringin Simanjuntak along with elements of the local village leadership. The advantages of paddy that uses liquid smoke fertilizer are higher rice, faster growth, heavier rice weight, shorter harvest duration than rice that uses regular fertilizer.
