Sei Bengei Camp, 30 November - 1 December 2019, BUMN PT Kawasan Industri Medan (KIM) menggelar event bertajuk Millenial Adventure 2019, selama dua hari di Sei Bingei Kabupaten Langkat.
Dalam kegiatan yang didukung SKin Chapter Medan ini, diikuti sebanyak 35 peserta dengan menampilkan berbagai program pengembangan bakat dan sejumlah tantangan bagi kaum millenial tersebut.
Dirut PT KIM (Persero), Trisilo Ari Setyawan, dalam siaran persnya, menyebutkan kegiatan yang dilangsungkan pada akhir November hingga Desember ini merupakan ajang bagi kaum millenial untuk melakukan transformasi sehingga terbentuk suatu pondasi sumber daya manusia yang kokoh, dalam upaya peningkatan ekonomi di Sumut.
Through this event, it is hoped that future shoots will be formed that are ready to face challenges in the industrial era 4.0, where millennials are equipped with capable abilities.
Especially at this time, said Trisilo, state-owned PT KIM continues to improve in developing the industrial area in the northernmost city of Medan to become a prototype of the industrial area and be able to act as a supply chain orchestrator.

Previously this series of Millennial Adventure activities began with the Amazing Race to Camp using the SKIn fleet chapter of the Offroad community field in Medan, then the event continued with the Sharing Session event moderated by Devi Windari ASM Corporate Secretary of PT KiM (Persero). Where the first material was filled with National Defense delivered by Peltu (Ret.) Ermanto, then the second material with the theme Team Work filled by Mr. Jhoni (Founder of Sei Bingei Camp) and the last one with the theme "A Change, Understanding The Reason of Transformation" filled by Devi Windari who is also a millennial. The camping event also included CSR programs to help mosques, churches and poor people around the Camp.
