Jakarta - State Enterprises Minister Dahlan Iskan will meet with the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin to discuss the issue of outsourcing workers in SOEs.
This was stated by Dahlan told reporters in warteg Warmo Mulyo Tebet South Jakarta, Tuesday (03/05/2013).
"I'll talk to the Minister of Labour in the state related to outsourcing. I have a concept I just want to negotiate first with the Minister of Labour," said Dahlan.
The concept of outsourcing workforce design Dahlan has since served as president of PLN. But Dahlan said the points were discussed among other related outsourcing state employee salaries should be in the provincial minimum wage (UMP) and the tender process outsourcing workers in SOEs.
"Tender outsourcing should be no slam-slam that tender it becomes cheap-cheap, repressed labor later. Outsourcing tender requirements should be specified how many of outsourced labor was minimal. It should be required," he said.
