Pematang Johar Village, on May 3, 2019, held Go Green and Indonesia clean activities, PT. KIM through PKBL planted 3000 trees beside the river side of the kera river (rotten ditch), Pematang Johar Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deliserdang Regency.
Planting was carried out symbolically with the Managing Director of PT KIM which was represented by the Director of Operations and Development of PT KIM Ilmi Abdullah along with dozens of PT KIM employees and residents around the school students.
The planting of coconut trees and perennials which are divided into 1500 coconut trees and 2000 ketapang trees, mangoes and jackfruit, is intended to make the community understand and be able to preserve the environment and this is done to benefit the future of the younger generation.Also planting the tree was Medan Labuhan police chief, Commissioner Rosyid Hartanto SIK represented, Danramil Percut Sei host represented by sergeant Sumardi, Association of Wives of Central SOE Leaders and Association of Wives of North Sumatra BUMN Heads, District Head of Labuhan Deli District represented by Labuhan Deli Sekcam, Edy Saputra Siregar, Kades Pematang Johar Sudarman SPd was accompanied by village officials and their Kadus.
Not only that, PT KIM also distributed dozens of educational garbage cans to kindergarten, elementary and junior high schools in the Pematang Johar Village area.The tree planting program that ran until noon, also cited scattered rubbish along the banks of the Kera river along with employees of PT KIM, Pematang Johar Village Devices, community leaders and all local residents and school students.
