Jakarta, June 28, 2024 – PT Kawasan Industri Medan (KIM) held its General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) with the agenda of approving the 2023 annual report. In the GMS, it was reported that PT KIM's revenue for the fiscal year 2023 was IDR 241.63 billion, reflecting a 92% increase compared to 2022. Additionally, the company's profit amounted to IDR 39.89 billion, representing a 113% growth compared to the previous year.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2023 was attended by representatives of PT KIM’s shareholders, including Chris Soemijantoro, Director of Investments I at PT Danareksa (Persero), Agus Tripriyono, Assistant for Economics and Development of North Sumatra Province, and Agus Suriyono, Assistant for Economics and Development at the Medan City Secretariat. The meeting was also attended by members of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors of PT Kawasan Industri Medan.
