Medan , ( Analysis ) . State Minister for State-Owned Enterprises ( SOEs ) Dahlan Iskan and Lt. Gen. ( Ret. ) DR TB Silalahi , SH attended the celebration event on land disputes peace Medan Industrial Area ( KIM ) which was attended by thousands of people in five locations in a land dispute , Monday ( 18/11 ) .
" Thanks to Opung , Mr. TB Silalahi who already like my own father , who had been instrumental to solve the problem that has been going on for 15 years , " said Dahlan Iskan start his speech in front of thousands of people who had previously been involved with her morning exercises in location had become the land of the conflict .
" If necessary , I kissed her on the society one by one because of this peace , " said Dahlan bubbling excitement . He also thanked the Managing Director KIM , Gandhi Tambunan and all stakeholders so that the problem can be resolved by peaceful means .

Earlier, Lt. Gen. DR TB Silalahi explained that the presence of Dahlan Iskan as it was because he was happy with peace . He said , we have to show that it is not true all the affairs of North Sumatra should be cash, but the issue could be resolved with a heart and peace . He was very proud of Iwan Samosir which represents about 400 families are ready to make peace . Thus, the problem for 15 years can be completed in 30 minutes with peace . According to him , it's all thanks to Dahlan Iskan .
" Every day there is no day without problems , including the problem of land as happened in the protracted KIM . It is time for us to abandon the ways of violence and addressing peace . Currently, Indonesia needs a leader who love peace , "said TB Silalahi being greeted with boisterous applause from all in attendance . Director KIM , Drs Gandhi D Tambunan , MSi on the occasion explained that the dispute started in 1999 where at the level of the District Court, High Court and Supreme Court PT KIM won , which continued until the decision of Review (PK ) who beat PT KIM and PTPN II . Review decisions PK , PN Lubukpakam execute a land area of 46 hectares which has been controlled by the investor without including the National Land Agency ( BPN ) .
PT KIM , PTPN II and investors verzet Deden ( resistance ) , but in PN Lubukpakam after nearly 4 years of new generating decisions that result PT KIM won 8 cases and Iwan Cs won 4 case . From this result, each party to the appeal so that the past experience we can not predict when the turnaround time and who will be won by the courts .
