Jakarta - The government should not regulate the plant site adjacent to the township or community residences . All plants will be pulled into an industrial area so centralized .
Industry Minister MS Hidayat said the matter is contained in the Industry Act No. 3/2014 . The law regulates the industry and the industrial area to be centralized .
"Later pushed into the industrial area . If it's not perfect , " said Hidayat met after Bill Land Seminar at Hotel Atlet Century , Senayan , Jakarta , Tuesday ( 05/06/2014 ) .
Hidayat said , for new industries which are now operating at or near residential communities outside the industrial area , there will be a transition period . But he's not sure when the transition period would begin .
According to Hidayat , the implementation of this law can not be done in the current administration . "Later there may be a provision by the new minister , not me . Later I suggest the minister to make regulations that the industry was given a long transition to get into the industrial park . Principle that , " he explained .
